UNISON Is Member Led: What Does This Mean?  29 September 2021

Unison is an affiliate member of the Trade Unions Congress (TUC), where The term ‘member led’ essentially refers to the way in which the activities of the Union are conducted. Although we directly employ organisers to facilitate these activities the core functions are essentially driven by the members.
